- Supporting Devereux
We are looking for an extraordinary Administrative Support Professional to work every Saturday 10am-4pm with on-call availability, here on our gorgeous campus in Rutland, Massachusetts. The scheduled hours for this position are Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
This person will be responsible for answering telephones, sorting mail, greeting visitors, as well as, a combination of clerical tasks to support administrative operations, such as: maintaining records; preparing documents, responding to routine requests, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, friendly, organized, and great with computers. Excel skills are required.

High School diploma or GED required.
One (1) year experience in an administrative role required (clerical/secretary/receptionist).
Physical Requirements: Significant and frequent amounts of walking, sitting, bending, and standing. Frequent use
of office equipment. Normal hearing (or corrected to normal). Routine light lifting of 25 lbs. or less.
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
