Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Quality Management Specialist. This position assists theQuality Improvement Director by coordinating all risk management and investigation activities for the Center. Serves as liaison with Regional and Corporate QI personnel, regulatory agencies, investigative agencies, and Center personnel/operations regarding risk management, investigation and satisfaction issues.

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
To qualify we require:
Previous experience with compiling and manipulating data and working with data systems (i.e. incident reporting databases, electronic medical records)
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred
Knowledge of all standards, Best Practices, policies, procedures and regulations for Devereux, Center and applicable government agencies.
Previous experience in Quality Management/Investigations preferred.
Ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, tables; proficient in use of computers and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word)
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience working in a residential setting is a plus.
Must be 21 years of age.
