With a ratio of 1 staff to 2 students, we are able to offer specialized care to these young people with emphasis on teaching daily living and coping skills.

Starting at $49,137.66. Higher education and years of experience in addition to the requirements would be eligible for a rate increase up to $58,096.93/year with a Masters and 7+ years experience.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts is located in Rutland, MA and serves students with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Must have a valid drivers license

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Sociology, Special Education, Counseling or Psychology preferred • One year of supervisory experience in a child behavioral health care agency.•Two years experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred •Willingness to be on-call .•Previous experience and knowledge of monitoring and managing fiscal responsibilities of a group home or residential setting.

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
