Base pay $16.56/hr. Could reach as high as $19.37/hr with 7+ years experience and a bachelors degree

Monday - Friday, Day Shift

The right person will be part of a team that maintains a safe and homelike environment for clients.

The ability to multi-task and safely use power tools and lawn equipment is important. You work well alone or as part of a team and take pride in your work. Skillsets should include painting, light carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Previous experience in Maintenance/Repair preferred

• MA License and Vehicle required

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Able to lift 70 lbs required

• Must be available for on-call work
