As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and homelike environment for students and adult clients. You will be responsible for grounds and buildings maintenance on our beautiful campus in Rutland, MA as well as other homes off campus in the neighboring communities. Other responsibilites include:

  • Oversight of all aspects of required projects including costing, scheduling, preparation of materials, project oversight, contractor management, and maintenance.

  • Supervision; one on one meetings with direct reports, providing direction and feedback. Completing employee assessments accurately and in a timely manner as well as

tracking and ensuring completion of required refresher trainings for staff.

  • Have aHigh School Diploma or equivalent

  • 5 to 7 years facilities/maintenance experience

  • 5 years supervisory experience

  • Construction supervisor license preferred
