As the Community Administrator at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in MA and RI is a non-profit behavioral health organization that provides special education, residential and group home services for children, adolescents and young adults with emotional, behavioral, intellectual developmental disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
In this role you will be responsible for the operation, quality, integrity and financial success of our community based group homes based on evidence based and/or best practices. You will provide oversight to ensure safe daily operations and supervise Directors who administer these programs. The Community Administrator will foster Devereux’s mission and values of quality care. Promote teamwork, personal accountability, service excellence, respectful and supportive approaches, and create a positive impact through effective leadership and role modeling. Effective performance requires a high degree of independent judgment. This is a leadership level position with participation in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives.
Reports directly to the Assistant Executive Director, and works in conjunction with Program Directors, Director of Quality Improvement, Clinical Director, and other leadership personnel to assure that all licensure and accreditation standards are met or exceeded.

Minimum of Master's Degree in business administration, psychology, social work or related field.
