Devereux Massachusetts and Rhode Island is seeking a Full-Time Clinician for their CARES (Center for Autism Research and Educational Services) Day School program in Fitchburg, MA. The program provides educational and therapeutic services to children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders (including ASD) and functional skill deficits. The Clinician works closely with the Principal / Education Director and teaching staff to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral intervention services including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), positive behavior support plans, in-vivo coaching, assessment of functional skill level, and clinical consultation to direct care staff and families. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is ABA within a trauma-informed care milieu. Current BCBA certification is preferred; however, strong knowledge of ABA principles with intent to pursue BCBA certification is acceptable.
