As a Clinical Program Supervisor at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping children along the Autism Spectrum in need. We offer:

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts' campus based Autism Spectrum Disorder program provides therapeutic care to children between the ages 6-21, diagnosed along the autism spectrum. Located in Rutland, MA, our Clinical Program Supervisor oversees campus clinical services and provides supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians, interns, and training to staff. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is a combination of Applied Behavior Analysis and CBT within a trauma-informed care milieu.

The ideal candidate will have training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, exposure to trauma-informed care or training in TF-CBT, and experience in family consultation
