Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders, complex mental health and behavioral health disorders. Located at our campus ASD program in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required

• Independent licensure as a Psychologist, LICSW, or LMHC required.

• Training or familiarity with DBT and trauma-informed interventions are preferred

• Minimum of 1 years direct clinical experience with clinical supervisory experience preferred

• Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of providing and implementing evidence-based clinical interventions, and positively interfacing with external agencies.

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
