As a Clinical Program Supervisor at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping children along the Autism Spectrum in need. We offer:

$2,000 sign-on bonus for joining our team
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts' Hilltop program provides services for children between the ages 10-16 along the autism spectrum. Located in Rutland, MA, our Clinical Program Supervisor oversees the clinical services, provides supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians, interns, and training to staff. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is a combination of Applied Behavior Analysis and CBT within a trauma-informed care milieu.

Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required.
Minimum of 1 years direct clinical experience with clinical supervisory experience preferred
The ideal candidate is a Massachusetts licensed Psychologist, LICSW or LMHC.
The ideal candidate will have training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, exposure to trauma informed care or training in TF-CBT, and experience in family consultation
