Our Campus Coordinator position offers you the opportunity to exhibit leadership and communication skills while working with other dedicated human service professionals!

Starting base pay of $23.62/hour. Additional compensation provided for higher education and relevant experience

As a Campus Coordinator you would be responsible for the oversight of daily operations during non-business hours. You will be the primary coordinator of resources and communication, including on call notifications and consultation. You will work collaboratively Assistant Campus Coordinators and various management teams to proactively manage the safe operation of campus, and responds to immediate issues and concerns as well as coordinate residential and group home staffing to ensure effective staff utilization.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age

• Valid driver's license

• High School Diploma/GED required ; Bachelors degree preferred

• At least five (5) years’ experience in residential treatment setting, including 2 years in supervisory role. Must be flexible in working for, supporting, and learning the needs of the campus/program

• Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications

• 2 weeks paid orientation training, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM; after orientation the schedule is 12pm-10pm, with 1 weekend shift/week

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
