Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts' Mental and Behavioral Health Continuum programs, consist of residential and group home treatment for girls and boys. Our Clinical Program Supervisor oversees the clinical services provided in the residential treatment programs, provides supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians and interns, and also provides training to staff. Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
Masters or Doctorate Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required
Independent licensure as a Psychologist, LICSW, or LMHC required.
Training or familiarity with DBT and trauma-informed interventions are preferred
Minimum of 1 years direct clinical experience with clinical supervisory experience preferred
Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of providing and implementing evidence-based clinical interventions, and positively interfacing with external agencies.
