Sunday 7am - 11pm, Monday - Wednesday 3-11pm

With a ratio of 1 staff to 2 students, we are able to offer specialized care to these young people with emphasis on teaching daily living and coping skills.

You will supervise staff, run shifts, assist the Program Manager with development of programming for the unit and attending Treatment Reviews as part of the milieu team. You will have opportunities to interact directly with clients as well as staff.

Located in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Drivers license required.

• Minimum Bachelors OR 12 years in a supervisory or direct care role can replace the Bachelors Degree

• Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders required

• Residential supervisory experience preferred

Schedule:

• Orientation: The first 2 weeks of employment, Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm

• Proceeding Orientation: Sunday 7am - 11pm, Monday - Wednesday 3-11pm
