Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Assistant Program Manager - Hillside in Rutland, Massachusetts

$1000 Sign On Bonus

Starting at $19.35 with increases available for relevent experience and higher education up to 22.56!

Monday - Thursday 1pm - 11pm

This program provides services for youth with varying diagnostic presentations including, mood and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, disruptive behavior disorder, reactive attachment disorder and feathers of borderline personaily disorder. These girls also may present with a range of cognitive functioning from mild intellectual disabilty to above average intelligence. This program model uses dialectial behavior therapy that has been adapted for adolescents and for brief intervention.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • Valid driver's license

  • Two years’ experience working directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses required

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • 2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA

  • Schedule Post Orientation: Monday - Thursday 1-11pm

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
