We are seeking a full-time Assistant Clinical Director , based out of our Rutland, MA campus. This is an ideal position for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, and superior supervisory and service experience, providing structure and guidance for clinicians and direct care staff that support children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, neuro-developmental disorders (including ASD), and co-occurring mental and behavioral health issues.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Have a valid drivers license

• Masters degree or higher education, required

• Clinical Licensure, required

• 2 years clinical experience with 1 year supervisory required

• Must attend 2 weeks of paid orientation training M-F, 8 - 4pm in Rutland
