Starting at $17.45 to $20.39 depending on relevent experience and education!

This program provides services for youth with varying diagnostic presentations including, mood and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, disruptive behavior disorder, reactive attachment disorder and feathers of borderline personaily disorder. These girls also may present with a range of cognitive functioning from mild intellectual disabilty to above average intelligence. This program model uses dialectial behavior therapy that has been adapted for adolescents and for brief intervention.

You will supervise staff, run shifts, assist the Program Manager with development of programming for the unit and attending Treatment Reviews as part of the milieu team. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. Located in Rutland, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Two years’ experience working directly with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to be flexible, patient, energetic, and creative

  • Have a strong passion for working with and helping adolescents/adults with special needs

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • Valid driver's license
