Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses.This is an opportunity for someone with recruitment experience looking to grow and develop as a Recruiter!

As a Recruiter, based out of Red Hook, NY (upstate), you will:

  • Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, attract and retain a qualified and diverse workforce, creatively source for open positions, and develop proactive recruiting strategies.

  • Perform initial screenings on incoming applicants.

  • Effectively and consistently utilize the applicant tracking system, iCIMS, to manage applicant data, and monitor outcomes and recruitment activities.

  • Perform other People Operations duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; Will consider recruitment experience in lieu of Bachelors.

Experience : 2 years of high-volume experience, preferably in a behavioral healthcare/human service environment. Prior experience with iCIMS, a Plus!
