Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses.
This is an opportunity for someone with recruitment experience looking to grow and develop as a Recruitment Specialist!
As the Payroll Specialist/Bookkeeper, based out of Red Hook, NY (upstate), you will:
Coordinates all payroll related functions including stipends, garnishments, wage and salary verifications, and direct deposits
Acts as primary Center Kronos trainer. Monitors Kronos daily for missed punches. Provides notification to employees.
Investigates and resolves payroll errors in coordination with Corporate Payroll.
Perform other Business Office duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience : At least two years in Payroll, Business, Administrative, or Management environment.
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
