Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Pennsylvaniais seeking an energetic Recruitment Specialist to join our People Operations team. You will provide recruiting and administrative support, to include full cycle recruiting; sourcing candidates, responding to applicants, prescreening of candidates, resume screening, scheduling interviews, pre-employment processing/clearances and data entry into HRIS system. This position will be assigned to our Community Services Division with operations in Southeastern PA, Delaware and Philadelphia. Local travel between offices will be required.

Minimum 5 years high volume recruitment experience OR Bachelor's degree - preferably in behavioral healthcare, human services and/or non-profit setting.
Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, and Human Resources Information systems, specifically applicant tracking systems.
Must have exceptional written/oral communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple disciplines autonomously; ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Sound decision making and problem solving skills;
Knowledge of state and federal employment law.
