This opportunity will have an office based in Phoenixville, PA serving children and adolescents, between the ages of 2 to 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder throughout the Chester county community. Our Clinical Coordinator, will provide clinical oversight to a parent-mediated intervention program providing parents with training on instructional skills based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
Additional responsibilities to include the following, but not limited to:
Training, coaching and consultation to outpatient therapists working with parents in the program and also hold a small caseload;
Conduct/oversee the completion of assessments (including functional behavioral assessments, and social, communicative and adaptive assessments) as needed.
Provide Parent Training sessions that will take place primarily in our Phoenixville outpatient clinic, buy may include some follow-up session in the home.
Oversee regular review of data related to case progress and program fidelity and summarize overall program outcomes.

Education : Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required.
Experience : Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders. Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBAs, training staff and working consultation with parents. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
