Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Children's Behavioral Health Services provides programs and services for Adolescents and their families with varying mental health diagnoses. Located in Phoenixville, PA, this position is responsible for serving in a liaison capacity, communicating with the County Office, agency representatives, individuals and their families and other stakeholders/advocates as indicated. Developing plans for marketing services and developing a referral base. Reviews pending referrals. Orients new clients to the case management services to be provided. Ensuring that program staff comply with all regulatory, organizational, and center standards of care. Ensures the safe and effective delivery, and documentation of treatment services for all clients in assigned program.

Directs employees to ensure adequate staffing. Interviews, selects, orients and supervises employees and/or delegates responsibility where appropriate, and recommends terminations in conjunction with the Program Director and Human Resources. Completes performance assessments for employees in a constructive and timely manner. Cooperates with and participates in quality improvement activities. Understands team goals and own role within team. Support team decisions and cooperates with others within and outside the team. Provides supervision to BCMs formally on a weekly basis and informally as needed. Will lead weekly group supervision.

Qualifications

To qualify, we require:

A. A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Activity Therapies, Counseling or Education and 3 years mental health direct care experience; or

B. A bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Anthropology, History, Criminal Justice, Theology, Counseling, Education, or be a Registered Nurse, and 5 years mental health direct care experience, 2 of which shall include supervisory experience; or

C. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 3 years mental health direct care experience.
