Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona's Outpatient program offers comprehensive outpatient counseling services for individuals, families, and groups in the office, school and/or home setting. Specialties include the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Conduct Disorders, Mood Disorders, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, and Anxiety Disorders.

As a High Needs Case Manager you will facilitate the child and family team process and serve as lead for Highly Complex cases. Case Managers will coordinate behavioral health services, medical care, education, placement, finances, and socialization. Case Managers also lead family, child, community and team through the behavioral health system. You will serve as a coordinator for behavioral health services, medical care, education, finances, and socialization. You will have targeted case management clients who typically need medication and one other short-term intervention such as individual and/or family therapy.

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in relate field preferred (Behavioral Health highly preferred)

  • 6 years of related behavioral health experience with High School Diploma/GED OR 2 years of related behavioral health experience with Bachelor's Degree

  • Knowledge and background in assessment and treatment planning development is preferred

  • Customer service experience required

  • Basic computer skills required - Knowledge of Outlook email, Word, Excel, etc.


  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check

  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)

  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)

  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results

  • Ability to attend full time, paid, New Hire Orientation Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

  • Must be able to complete and provide proof of current influenza vaccination

  • Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
