the Development and Grants Coordinator isresponsible for direct outreach into the community for Devereux Arizona in order to increase awareness and contributions for priority programs and assist in fundraising and marketing efforts. This position will directly engage the community on behalf of Devereux Arizona and its program. Promotes the Devereux Arizona brand to targeted communities and ensures brand integrity is maintained.

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, marketing, communications, or related field required.

  • Minimum (2) two years’ related experience required.

  • Proficiency in Raisers Edge Database and Microsoft Office Suite highly preferred.

  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

OTHER:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check

  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)

  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)

  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
