Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health located in Phoenix, AZ. As a Contracts & Credentialing Specialist, you will be responsible for negotiations, contract development, contract management, compliance monitoring and credentialing providers and facilities.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Healthcare Adminstration or related field preferred
- One (1) plus year of experience in healthcare revenue contracting, finance, provider relations or related experience preferred
Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
Available to attend the required paid New Hire Orientation (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
Must be able to complete and provide proof of current influenza vaccination
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) COVID-19 vaccine mandate requires unvaccinated staff without a medical or religious exemption must receive the first dose of a two-step vaccine or a one-dose vaccine no later than February 13, 2022 and achieve full vaccination no later than March 15, 2022 . If you are already fully vaccinated, you will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved medical or religious exemption prior to starting.
