Located in Phoenix, AZ the Compliance and Risk Manager will monitor and ensure the coordination of compliance with internal and external regulatory and accreditation agencies; manages on-site accreditation and licensing visits for assigned Region and/or Center; ensures the maintenance of the incident and major risk event reporting systems and related follow-up; serves on designated quality committees; assists in the management of quality improvement activities at the Center; collects, analyzes, and performs improvement activities related to Center-wide data elements.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
Complete Investigation Certification through Corporate Legal within 6-9 months of hire.
Two (2) years’ experience working in health care compliance and/or quality improvement field required; Related behavioral health care and quality management experience preferred.
At least one (1) year supervisory experience required.
Must have demonstrated skills with collecting & analyzing data for program and system compliance and quality improvement activity.
Knowledge of CMS Medicaid and AHCCCS requirements, Arizona Department of Health Licensing Requirements for all facility types
Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
