Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona’s Outpatient program provides services for children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health diagnoses/needs. Located in North Phoenix, our Clinical Program Manager will manage the clinical, operational and fiscal needs of the Outpatient office specifically with Case Management Services and the Intake Department. This position will facilitate an efficient and effective Case Management and intake operation to ensure a state of the art system for providing treatment and/or support services to individuals needing outpatient services in office or in the community.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Master’s degree in Human Services or related field required.

  • Five (5) years related experience working with adolescents in a clinical setting and one (1) year supervisory experience required

  • Current valid independently licensed Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) to practice in Arizona with no restrictions required.

  • Must have Case Management experience

OTHER:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check

  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)

  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)

  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
