Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Case Manager in Phoenix, Arizona

Description

Position Details:

Pay Range: $17.31-21.00/hr.+ Incentive-based compensation for meeting performance and productivity targets

Hiring Bonus: $1,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility for evening hours may be needed)

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona's Outpatient program offers comprehensive outpatient counseling services for individuals, families, and groups in the office, school and/or home setting. Specialties include the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Conduct Disorders, Mood Disorders, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, and Anxiety Disorders.

As a Case Manager, you will lead the family, child, community and team through the behavioral health system. This position serves as the coordinator for behavioral health services, medical care, education, finances, and socialization. Targeted case management individuals typically need medication and one other short-term intervention such as individual and/or family therapy.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED; AA degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred ( Behavioral Health highly preferred)

  • Experience:

  • 3 years of related behavioral health experience with High School Diploma/GED

  • 2 years of related behavioral health experience with an AA

  • 6 months of related behavioral health experience with Bachelor's Degree

  • Basic computer skills - knowledge of Outlook email, Word, Excel, electronic health records, etc.

  • Knowledge and background in assessment and treatment planning development is preferred

  • Customer service experience required

OTHER

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check

  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)

  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)

  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results

  • Ability to attend full time, paid, New Hire Orientation Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

  • Must be able to complete and provide proof of current influenza vaccination

  • Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
