Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona's Outpatient program offers comprehensive outpatient counseling services for individuals, families, and groups in the office, school and/or home setting. Specialties include the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Conduct Disorders, Mood Disorders, Physical Abuse, Sexual Abuse, and Anxiety Disorders.
Located in North Phoenix our Low Needs Case Managers facilitates child and family team meetings, serves as lead for Low and medication only cases to coordinate behavioral health services, medical care, education, finances, and socialization. Helps our clients and families navigate through the behavioral health system, meeting and exceeding their needs.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm!
Our ideal candidate:
High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years of direct experience OR Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field and 6 months of behavioral health experience required.
Knowledge and background in assessment and treatment planning development is preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results.
