Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona's Outpatient program offers comprehensive outpatient counseling services for individuals, families, and groups in the office, school and/or home setting. Case Managers lead the family, child, community, and team through the behavioral health system. CM coordinates the services the clients receive to ensure the highest level of communication between all providers. This position serves as lead for Low Need/medication only cases to coordinate behavioral health services, medical care, education, placement, finances, and socialization. Case Manager ensures provision services are provided to meet all AHCCC/DBHS provider standards and adheres to timeliness standards as outlined by Devereux Advanced behavioral health and the RBHA. This position assists the team in developing medically necessary services and develops master treatment plan for client, family and all necessary behavioral health providers, as wel as monitors plans to ensure progress and compliance. Case Mangers will have continual contact with all member of the team outside of the CFT every six months or as needed. The CM serves as the liaison for resource and is responsible for ensuring all referrals are made for medically necessary treatment.

Implementing social distancing protocols across all programs
Using PPE, including masks, gloves and gowns as indicated by the CDC
Ensuring daily temperature and symptom screenings for all staff and clients
Throughout the pandemic, Devereux has also supported the physical and financial health of our dedicated team members - our very own Healthcare Heroes. A variety of options have been implemented over time to support our staff, including the provision of:
Ongoing dedication bonuses, as well as sign-on bonuses, for direct support professionals (DSP) and other staff members
Flexible schedules, remote working where possible, and redeployment between programs and services
Hazard pay for those supporting quarantined individuals and shelter away services to frontline staff, when needed, to mitigate spread to families
Advancing paid time off and sick time; eliminating telemedicine costs over a period of time

High School Diploma/GED required ; Bachelor's Degree in related behavioral health preferred
6 years of related behavioral health experience with High School Diploma/GED OR 2 years of related behavioral health experience with Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Knowledge and background in assessment and treatment planning development is preferred
Customer service experience required
Basic computer skills required - Knowledge of Outlook email, Word, Excel, etc.
Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check
Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)
Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
Ability to attend full time, paid, New Hire Orientation Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
