Being a Behavior Coach for our Meet Me Where I Am program has its Advantages!
As a Behavior Coach, you will provide in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families (working with children, youth, and adults) under the Arizona 12 Principles and in conjunction with the Child and Family Team Model. Behavior Coaches teach a variety of skills such as living, social, self-care, and household management to children adolescents, parents, and care-givers.
As a Behavior Coach at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:
Pay rate is $16.00/hr (additional compensation based on experience/education) PLUS mileage reimbursement!

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Arizona’s Meet Me Where I Am program provides in-home remedial intervention for at-risk youth and families identifying youth and family strengths and needs to enhance the Child and Family Team (CFT) planning process. We work with families and youths in their homes, teaching a variety of skills ranging from self-care, household management, living, and social. We are looking for talented individuals who have experience working in Behavioral Health, with families and at-risk youth to be a positive role model and impact on our families!

Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred
Previous experience as a Behavior Coach highly preferred
Documentation and Field experience
Computer skills such as MS Office, email, internet, and database experience
Must be able to type at least 30 WPM
Experience working in the behavioral health field
Must possess (or have the ability to obtain) a AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance card with NO restrictions
Must be able to pass 39-month DMV check
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
