In this Behavior Analyst role, you will work with individuals between the ages of 2-21 along the autism spectrum. This is a community-based opportunity, therefore you will treat individuals in his or her home, school and/or community setting in the city of Philadelphia. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
Assess, develop, and oversee the implementation of Behavior Support Plans and skill building programs, to includes monitoring the progress of assigned individuals
Conducts appropriate assessments (including functional behavioral assessments, VB-MAPPs, ESDM, and/or other analyses to assess developmental needs and deficits) to develop or modify BSPs, as well as determine the efficacy of each plan
Provide supervision to assigned Behavioral Specialist Consultants (BSCs) to include training in evidence based practices and interventions
Serves as a member of the individuals' Interdisciplinary Team and trains staff in the necessary techniques so that plans can be correctly implemented

- EDUCATION: Masters’ or Doctoral degree in psychology, special education or related field. Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCBA-D) required.EXPERIENCE: Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and experience working with children/adolescents/adults with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, significant challenging behaviors, and/or emotional/behavioral disorders. Demonstrates proficiency conducting functional behavior assesssments, writing Positive Behavior Support Plans, and evaluating plans for effectiveness across mulitple client environments (e.g., school, home, community, RTF). Requires the ability to conduct effective staff and parent/family training. Strong skills in the areas of behavioral consultation and performance management are also necessary. The ability to review and interpert exisiting behavior analytic research and contribute to the design and implementation of applied research projects and program outcomes studies. Experience and training in effective behavioral supervision techniques and the ability to provide BCBA supervision as needed. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
