Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides short-term, intensive psychiatric and therapeutic services to adolescent boys (ages 12-17), who are in need of behavioral healthcare services in a residential setting. Based in MetroWest Orlando, FL, this position is responsible for the development of individualized master treatment plans, provides individual, family and group counseling, completes required clinical documentation, and works within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field required

  • 2+ years experience working with children or families in need of mental health, behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related required

Other Requirements:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida preferred.

  • Valid Driver's license required

  • Must be able to complete a two-week new hire orientation class (Monday - Friday); hours are approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm each day
