Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides mental and behavioral health services as well as child welfare case management services for children, adolescents and adults whose needs are extra ordinary. As a Manager of Property Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all FL properties, equipment, vehicles and day-to-day operations, ensuring that the properties are well-maintained and meet relevant local codes and safety requirements. You will have oversight of budgeting and other relevant financial data and contracts, as well as have oversight of facilities and maintenace staff.

5+ years of construction, maintenance and/or facility operations required
Prior experience in project management, business administration, finance, electrical and mechanical systems, contracts, procurement and construction required.
Prior experience in local buidling codes and OSHA required
Prior Supervisory experience preferred
Valid FL state issued driver’s license required .
Must be able to attend a 3 day orientation class upon hire, Monday-Wednesday from 9am-5pm.
