The QM Manager is responsible for organizing and facilitating performance improvement within Devereux, in accordance with Devereux Clinical Standards, Best Practices, federal, state, local, and funder requirements. Located throughout Northeast Pennsylvania, Pocono Programs and Services provide a wide array of quality programs and services to children, adolescents, and adults whose needs stem from intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, mental health disorders and challenging behaviors.

As the QM Manager, you will :

  • Demonstrate and maintain an appropriate balance between operational realties and issues of program quality, effectiveness; and outcomes;

  • Oversee the internal investigative process;

  • Ensure that quality management initiatives and practices are integral to, characteristic of, and acculturated to Devereux operations;

  • Facilitate management and training of Quality Improvement activities;

  • Serve as a resource person to all departments and Centers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Health Care Administration or Social Services field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of five (3) years' direct experience in Quality or Risk Management; within Healthcare or Human Services industries.

Minimum of two (2) years' experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, and/or mental health diagnoses.
