Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Pocono Center provides programs and services for adults with developmental disabilities. Located in Newfoundland, PA, this position is responsible for developing and implementing the overall Residential Program to meet the individual needs of Pocono Center clients.

Program Specialist : Master's degree in education, social sciences and/or related health field with 1 year experience working with individuals with IDD OR Bachelor's degree in the above stated fields with 2 years experience OR Associate's degree with 4 years experience. Experience in a residential treatment setting preferred.
Behavior Specialist : Master's degree or higher in a related field of study. Completed relevant education and training programs, including but not limited to professional ethics, autism specific trainings, assessments training, crisis intervention, and family collaboration. At least one year of experience involving individuals with intellectual disabilities. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
