Located in Newfoundland, PA, this position is responsible for supporting Human Resources operations by handling day-to-day operation of the Human Resources functions.

Requirements

Associates and experience in Human Resources, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.

Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources or office setting with experience dealing with recruitment and retention, employee relations, coaching, benefits, HRIS, performance management, and government compliance regulations. Strong understanding of record keeping and leaves of absence. Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, and law. Valid driver’s license must be maintained. Must be 21 years of age.
