Being a Family Based Therapist at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health has its Advantages
You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. As a Family Based Therapist within our All State Delaware locations you will be involved in creating a focused and customized treatment plan to serve the needs of children, adolescents and their families. Our Treatment approaches revolve around the ESFT Model.
Free clinical supervision hours
Free Family Based Therapist training in ESFT model
Clinical experience with both adults and children
Use of company vehicle
Given company phone and laptop
Working with a partner and a well-developed team
To reach clinical goals, clinicians visit children and families within their home. Parents acquire effective management skills and approaches to improve the child’s well-being, while the child or young adult learns skills to become successful in school, follow directions at home, develop and maintain positive relationships within the community, and reach expected emotional, social and academic achievements.
We are seeking a Full-Time Family Based Therapist to provide services for identified families in the home and communities of New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties.

To qualify, we require:
Master’s Degree in Psych, Social Work, Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation or Human Services plus 2 years experience.
2 years of clinical work in a behavioral health setting with children and adolescents.
Experience providing in-community treatment preferred.
Valid Driver's License
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of initiative, accountability and professionalism.
