Are you an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking for a Full-Time opportunity that allows you to work with students in a school setting ? Ready to join a premier educational provider?

If you answered YES, then consider joining our Devereux TCV team as a BCBA in the Gateway school district. The selected candidatewill:

  • Be a part of a district wide leadership team for developing best practice models of support and intervention for school age students.

  • Be directly involved in the completion of data-based Functional Behavioral Assessments and PBSPs with students in both special and general education aged 5-21.

  • Supervise a team of 7 highly skilled RBTs working across the district (7 schools clustered throughout the Monroeville area).

  • Participate in leadership meetings.

  • Provide monthly data reports.

Position Type:Full-time exempt. Monday through Friday; school hours. Flexible-fulltime OR summers off! Competitive salary:

12mos. $80-$91,200

10mos. $66,700-$76,030

The chosen candidate will have:

  • The opportunity to work collaboratively with school district staff, administrators, and related-service providers (SLPs, OTs, PTs).

  • The opportunity to train teachers, paraprofessionals and related-service providers to implement PSBPs by modeling evidence-based strategies and providing performance feedback and coaching.

  • The ability to work with Devereux’s team of highly-experienced School-Based Behavior Analysts throughout the U.S.

  • Supervision and staff development with our PhD level BCBBAs.

Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate :

  • Master’s degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in special education, psychology or other related field with Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA);

  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to students with autism spectrum disorders/IDD ages 3-21 years-old

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis;

  • Two (2) years of experience training staff to implement PSBPs; One (1) year of experience consulting in schools, preferred

  • Must have experience conducting data-based Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans

  • Willingness to travel in school district settings, as well as throughout Devereux

  • Valid driver’s license must be maintained

  • TCV/Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen®, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
