Located in Mesa, AZ the Devereux Adolescent Health & Wellness Clinic is a specialty outpatient clinic providing whole-person care to teens and young adults. Through the integration of primary care practitioners and behavioral health practitioners with specialties in adolescent health, we are able to meet the unique healthcare needs of adolescents. Our Certified Adolescent Medicine Physician specializes in treating teens and young adults with a whole-person approach to care. Working side by side with a team of behavioral health professionals, the Devereux Adolescent Health & Wellness Clinic provides a comprehensive treatment plan for adolescents in one office.

As a Clinic Manager you will be responsible for general office operations, and performs a wide variety of administrative tasks for the Integrated Outpatient Office. Ensure office operations are performed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. This will include ongoing regulatory compliance. Manages, initiates, prepares, and disseminates reports for the funding agency and other external and internal entities. Responsible for the daily management and oversight of medical records functions and coordination and standardization of the medical records function for the program.

Qualifications

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. A combination of education and experience may be substituted for education requirement. AZ Board of Behavioral Health License preferred

  • Three (3) years of experience coordinating care with medical providers to include Clinic medical providers (e.g. M.D., FNP, PNP), nursing staff, support staff, etc.

  • One (1) year in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • One (1) year of behavioral health experience.

  • Proficient with data entry of Electronic Medical Records

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

Other:

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 39-month history check

  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)

  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)

  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results.
