You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. You will use your expertise to:
Continuously evaluate the recruitment process, monitor key recruitment indicators, identify gaps / trends, and work collaboratively with operations staff to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
Provide guidance to Recruiters on both the science and art of recruitment in their efforts to enhance proficiency in identifying alternative applicant sources, and analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. You will also assess Recruiter competencies, and serve as a mentor to Center Recruiters, providing targeted training as needed.
Stay abreast of modern recruitment and industry trends, and emerging recruitment techniques, and proactively share knowledge to develop and strengthen Center Recruiters' skills, with particular focus on proactive sourcing of quality and diverse candidates using traditional and innovative sourcing techniques.
Work collaboratively with Center leadership and Devereux’s National Recruitment Team to develop recruitment strategies for long-term success.
Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Behavioral Health Services operates several locations throughout Chester and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania. Bachelor's degree required. PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
Requires a minimum of (5) years, full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, with a minimum of (3) years’ experience managing a recruiting or sourcing function. Experience working in a behavioral healthcare / healthcare environment preferred. Demonstrated ability to translate strategic recruitment goals into action through influence, and strong change management skills required.
Requires excellent customer relations and partnering skills; and demonstrated proficiency in the use of innovative sourcing and screening techniques, including, resume database searches, Internet sourcing, networking and cold calling.
Requires ability to effectively share knowledge, develop and deliver training, identify key Recruiter competencies in need of development, and mentor and develop Recruiters.
Experience with USCIS processes and procedures related to international recruitment a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires sitting ¼ to ¾ of the work day. Standing, walking, stooping, bending, push/pull movements performed regularly. Ability to lift light loads of up to 20 pounds occasionally. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines. Requires continuous use of office equipment requiring repetitive wrist/hand movement and vision. Range of hearing and vision sufficient to operate standard office machines and communicate with co-workers and stakeholders in person and via telephone.
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities, make decisions and adapt to changing work situations, grasp and apply new ideas and technologies, communicate and successfully interact with various personalities both internally and externally. Significant and frequent use of physical requirements associated with verbal and written communication, and driving motor vehicle.
