Devereux Children's Behavioral Health Services provides programs and services for children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral health disorders. This position is available at our Mapleton Residential Campus, located in Malvern, PA and provides treatment to adolescent females.
The role is responsible to administer and coordinate unit operations to provide safe and effective programs and services for clients. Manage unit fiscal budget and participates in admissions processes. Provide supervision and guidance to all employees in your charge by communicating and ensuring compliance with organizational and center standards of care; communicating and ensuring compliance with organizational and center policies and procedures; ensuring cooperation with other departments/functions of the treatment team and/or other support services (e.g., utilization review, admissions, business office); and providing a work environment that encourages skills acquisition and employee development.

Masters Degree in related field.
Five years of increasing supervisory responsibility and experience in a child welfare, behavioral health or social service setting.
