Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Children's Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) provides programs and services for at-risk children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral and cognitive differences. CBHS provides each child with the academic, social, emotional and life skills needed to return to their home communities and become productive and positive forces within their neighborhoods. Located in Malvern, PA, this position is responsible for the upkeep and safe maintenance of Center buildings, grounds and vehicles. Provides leadership, guidance and support to maintenance staff.

Education : High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of OSHA and regulatory guidelines preferred. Must possess current, valid driver's license.
Experience : Five years of experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting or electrical work. Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
Physical Requirements: Performs a variety of physical tasks associated with the work of a facilities staff, including sitting, standing with movement, walking, bending/stooping, crawling, climbing, reaching above shoulder, reaching below shoulder, reaching at shoulder, maintaining balance, crouching, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs. Any weight that exceeds 100 lbs., may require the use of equipment or additional help from maintenance staff. Repetitive hand and foot motion; hearing and vision abilities. Must be capable of setting up and safely using a variety of equipment and/or devices including but not limited to ladders, power equipment, motorized equipment, Uses safeguards as intended and complies with all regulatory and center-wide requirements/guidelines. Frequent use of computers and office equipment. Frequent driving of Devereux vehicles for business purposes
