You will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. As a Family Based Therapist within our Malvern location, you will be involved in creating a focused and customized treatment plan to serve the needs of children, adolescents and their families. Our Treatment approaches revolve around the ESFT Model.
Free clinical supervision hours
Free Family Based Therapist training in ESFT model
Clinical experience with both adults and children

To reach clinical goals, clinicians visit children and families within their natural setting-home/school/community. Parents acquire effective management skills and approaches to improve the child’s well-being, while the child or young adult learns skills to become successful in school, follow directions at home, develop and maintain positive relationships within the community, and reach expected emotional, social and academic achievements.
We are seeking a Full-Time Family Based Therapist to provide services for identified families in Chester and Montgomery Counties. Geography of case assignments is taken into consideration for staff as much as possible. This role provides a guaranteed annual salary with achievable monthly quotas to increase compensation. Company vehicles are available for travel.

Education: Master’s Degree in Psych, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation or Human Services. License preferred.
Experience: 2 years in CASSP (Child and Adolescent Service System Program) system; Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs (i.e. Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc).
Must maintain a valid Driver's License
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
