Devereux Pennsylvania Adult Services (formerly known as the "Whitlock Center") serves nearly 400 adults living in homes and apartments throughout southeast Pennsylvania, as well as in our Berwyn community – the site of Helena Devereux's first schools. Our dedicated team of 600 staff, ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses, to recreational and direct staff professionals, all work with one common goal: the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.
The Clinical Program Supervisor will be assigned to 2 Community Group Homes in the Malvern, PA area (William Henry & Fenstone Programs). The position is responsible to direct the daily operation of the homes to assure quality services meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health , and safety needs of the individuals. Provides instruction, training, performance based feedback and supervision to Direct Support Professionals in the home on an ongoing basis. In conjunction with the clinician, proviodes clinical supports to the individuals in the residence and assists in cconducting Functional Behavior Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans. Documents and summarizes progress in a timely manner. Oversees all home operations requirements in accordance with Devereux's Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. Collaborates with Center Leadership to oversee residential program leaders and residential staff to ensure individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment. Consults with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, and retention.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
Experience: At least three (3) years experience working directly with individuals with autism or autism and developmental disabilities. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Must possess and maintain valid driver's license, and be at least 21 years of age.
