Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Clinician in Leominster, Massachusetts

Through our residential and placement services in the community, we help individuals learn the skills needed for independent living and making meaningful life choices. We provide supportive settings in comfortable home environments and ensure that individuals have access to services that are appropriate to their developmental level, and cognitive, emotional, and social abilities. Each person’s goals and strengths are integrated into an individualized care plan that promotes progressive independence.

We are seekinga part-time clinician with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience and familiarity with Massachusetts Department of Development Services (DDS) procedures to provide clinical and assessment services in our Oak Hills Adult group home located in Leominster, MA. The Clinician works closely with the Case Manager and Program Director and provides individual, group and family therapy.

We support individuals over the age of 22 with diagnoses such as:

  • Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

  • Autism Spectrum Disorders

  • Acquired or traumatic brain injury

  • Mental health challenges, trauma or attachment related concerns

Job Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Social Work is required.

  • Relevant ABA experience preferred.

  • 1 year direct clinical experience preferred

  • Experience working with adults with trauma and mental health issues required.

  • Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc)
