Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Texas Treatment Network provides therapeutic programs in campus and community based programs for adolescents and adults with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, developmental and psychiatric disorders. Based in League City, TX, this position is a leadership level position and the selected psychologist will be a member of the leadership team responsible for the coordination and direction of psychological, clinical, and program services for the Texas Network. Additional responsibilities not limited to:

  • Managing daily operations of the Clinical Department including development, implementation, and evaluation of program services/positive behavioral interventions and supports, clinical supervision and training.

  • Developing enhanced programs for current and new lines of business

  • Procedural development and outcome measures

  • Compliance, quality management and improvement

The Director of Clinical Services/Psychologist is also a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and is responsible for providing client treatment appropriate to the ages and populations served, specifically children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. This position is responsible for all aspects of the program on a 24 hour a day basis.

Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
