Based at Devereux’s national headquarters in King of Prussia, PA, and under the direction of the Senior Vice President of People Operations, the People Operations Director – Systems will be responsible for leading all aspects of Devereux’s PO technology strategy and systems, and for providing leadership to ensure PO systems are maintained, enhanced, and fulfill functional requirements.
In this newly-created role, you will use your skills and experience to :
Identify and assess requirements, translating business requirements into cost-effective system solutions.
Assist in leading implementations, upgrades, enhancements and other assigned projects related to the People Operations applications, and in accordance with Corporate Information Systems protocols.
Provide leadership and guidance to the PO Systems Team, and serve as the liaison to the National Learning Team, Corporate Finance, Payroll, Information Systems and the People Systems user community.
Maintain communications and strong working relationships with internal and external customers on PO systems related matters, and respond to customer inquiries, handle the delivery of services and special requests or problems.
Support the planning, coordination and implementation of open enrollment, health and wellness, and other PO related projects.

Devereux National offices are located in Villanova and King of Prussia, PA and provide leadership, consultation and support services to the operating Centers located in 12 states. National staff include Clinical, Finance, Information Technology, People Operations, Legal, Contracts, External Affairs & Development and Marketing/Communications.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Master’s Degree preferred.
Minimum five (5) years of progressive HR systems / project management experience required, preferably as an HRIS Manager. Experience working in a multi-site, multi-state behavioral healthcare or human services environment preferred.
Advanced computer skills in various software applications, including MS Office products required.
Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws and regulatory requirements, in areas including but not limited to, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, ERISA and OSHA are preferred.
Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills, as well as an ability to independently follow up as required.
Requires an ability to be flexible and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must demonstrate professional demeanor and sound judgement, and be able to make quick and accurate decisions independently.
Physical Requirements: Requires sitting ¾ or more of the workday. Standing, walking, stooping, bending, and push/pull movements performed occasionally. Requires ability to lift light loads of one to ten pounds occasionally. Requires continuous use of office equipment requiring repetitive wrist/hand movement and vision. Free of dependency and abuse of illegal or illicit drugs, alcohol, inhalants, or other chemical substances or controlled substances. Significant and frequent use of physical requirements associated with verbal and written communication.
