Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Georgia is a 100-bed residential facility located on a 40-acre campus in Kennesaw, Georgia, providing services to youth ages 10-21 years. We offer a broad range of educational and evidence-based treatments in a nurturing environment using positive behavior interventions and support. A Program Supervisor must be energetic, compassionate, problem solvers and motivators to mentor our youth and the staff.

EDUCATION: H.S. diploma and a minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory role working with children OR 60 college credits in the Human Service field. Bachelor's degree with two years experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory level experience working with youth and adolescents. Proficiency in several computer applications required.
The IDEAL candidate will... Be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement, and represent yourself as a positive role model. Additionally, you must be able to complete 2 weeks of new hire orientation class, have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs and possess a valid driver's license.
