Schedule : Full-time DSPs are scheduled to work every other weekend and also have 1 consistent day off during the week. Part-time DSPs work every other weekend and at least 3 shifts of availability during the week.

High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field (Psychology, Sociology, Human Services) .
One (1) year of human service experience working with children, adolescents required. Two (2) years of experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Driver's License
Extensive background checks required
Computer skills for documentation and incident reporting
Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and embrace our mission of Servant Leadership!
Have a strong passion for working with and helping children
Complete an extensive 2 week training program (paid) from 8:30-5:30pm on our campus in Kennesaw
