High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field (Psychology, Sociology, Human Services) .
One (1) year of human service experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Two (2) years of experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid Driver's License
Computer skills for documentation and incident reporting
Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.
Have a strong passion for working with and helping children
**Will complete an extensive 2 week training program from 8:30-5:30pm on our campus in Kennesaw
